Sticky Honey Garlic Ginger Wings

Ingredients

  • 2lbs butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into small chunks
  • 1Tblsp fresh thyme leaves or fresh chopped rosemary olive oil
  • kosher salt and black pepper
  • 2cubes Dorot Gardens garlic, or 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2C. Mighty Sesame Tahini
  • 1Tblsp. honey
  • 2Tblsp. apple cider vinegar
  • Roasted pumpkin seeds, for garnish
  • 20chicken wings
  • 1tsp. salt
  • 1/2tsp. pepper
  • 1/4C. Flour
  • Olive oil spray

  • For honey ginger sauce:
  • 1/4C. honey
  • 2Tblsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2C. water
  • 2Dorot Gardens Frozen Ginger Cubes
  • 4Dorot Gardens Frozen Garlic Cubes
  • 1/2atsp. corn starch

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425F or air fryer to 400F.

Dry wings with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Place in a bowl and mix in =lour to coat.

Spray with olive oil spray and place on a baking sheet into the oven or directly into the air fryer. Cook for 30-35 minutes in the oven or 20-25 minutes in the air fryer, until golden brown and turning wings halfway through.

While the wings cook place all of the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk together. Bring to a simmer and keep whisking and cooking until thickened. Add more corn starch if it’s not thick enough.

Once wings are golden crispy place in a bowl and pour in sauce to coat. Serve immediately.
